ATPL while doing the CPL

Hi
Perheps another mundane question for most of you, but never the less i need the answer...Would appreciate if some one replies :)

Can I be studying for the ATPLs (Distance or Residential) While doing the CPL course i.e. commence the CPL training before passing the ATPLs ?

You can, but it is not advisable.

Better to concentrate on the ground school first get it out of the way and then start on the flying component.
