How to be well prepared..

Hi,

Me = lowtimer.
As I'm hoping to get interviewed this year (like a 1.000. ... .000 others), I was wondering how much preparation you'll need in order to make a good impression (Theoretical questions, psychological, etc.) I've digged in my theoretical yard of ATPL cources, Jeppesen, etc. allready. Anything more (or less)

Is there any standard-way which 'middle-sized' airlines use to interview their potential pilots or do they all follow their own pattern..

Rgds, MM

PS: I've read the topics about dress-codes etc. and it actualy comes down to being dressed as for every other job position that you want to fill in!

Tips I use.
Search the net for other people's tips. eg PPRuNe or that site that has the pay etc for airlines (can't remember the URL)
Brush up on general aerodynamic principles
Search out the relevant company's website or give the secretary a call to see if they have a 'standard" flyer or something.
You cannot know too much about the company!!
Ask a mate (if they work for that company)
Look up the fleet's details.
Practice answering questions out a loud. eg CRM topics.
