Speeding ticket problems???
 

I got a speeding ticket today... United states... Washington. I was 10 over. Will this hurt anything for me?

Hope not, I got one last year for being 23 over. Was running late for a flying lesson as it happens!

Oh dear......that's it guys. Once you have been stopped for speeding you will never, ever become a pilot <img src="wink.gif" border="0">

Did any of you guys read about that old Spitfire pilot a few years back. He was well into his 80's. Basically he had the lot, fines, bans and loads of court appearances but still he persisted to break the speed limit. This guy was caught several times not breaking the speed limit by 10 mph but by driving his car flat out. In his defense I think he said he became addicted to speed due to him being a pilot.
