best places in EU for hour building

Would you all have any recommendations for the best places (schools) for hour building in Europe? Preferably Diamonds, DA-40 or similar.

When I did my research to find a suitable school I found that the best prices are (were) in Hungary, Poland, Latvia and Romania. I would search for schools there and check their websites 1 by 1.

Keep in mind the weather and other accomodation costs as this would differ from city to city.

Fly Poland are indeed specialized in hour building and aircraft rental, and they have their own airfield South of Warsaw. In Poland, also check out Adriana Aviation: ATO – Adriana Aviation – Flight Training & Maintenance (adriana-aviation.com) who have HB packages, own airfield and accomodation.
