Best flight schools in Capetown, South Africa (PPL)

I'm trying to decide between Stick n Throttle Aviation, Morningstar Flight Academy, Stellenbosch Flying Club Flight School and Cape Town Flight Training Centre. Does anyone have any experience with these schools or any others in Cape Town? Are there any flight schools that anyone would recommend in particular?

Which school did you end up choosing? I've heard good things about 43 Air School but that's a bit over to the east from Cape Town in Port Albert.
