Has anyone worked in Maldive?

Hi, I'm from South Korea and working in AI company now. Currently, airlines here are not hiring so I got a job in the other field.

And I just found a hiring post in which one Maldivian seaplane company is hiring a first officer.

Is there anyone who has the experience to work in Maldive or a similar work environment?

My total time is 200hr and I have FAA CPL/IR(single) so I still need to get my Multi-Engine license.

According to Trans Maldivian you'll need your multi engine rating as you've pointed out.
Friends have flown for them, they had extensive Twin Otter and float time before they went over.
It is fun but if your goal is airlines then you'd only want to do it for a couple of years before moving on.
Usually operations like this the pilots do a lot more than just fly the aircraft. They'll be briefing the pax, assisting with loading the bags and catering and washing the aircraft.

Yeah, I thought that they'll prefer someone who already has float time. I can get a multi-engine rating but float time is a bit tricky to build. Anyway it's good to know they don't require residential visa. Is there any other place you know where companies support working permit for foreign pilots?

Usually the Middle East or Asia for run of the mill experienced pilots. Occasionally other places for specialist pilots. Sadly, you're not in those categories.
I don't know what you can do other than hope someone in South Korea will start employing. :)

No, they do not require float time at all. You’ll only need multi engine rating.
