What is the difference between SOLO vs SPIC?

Hello guys I hope you are doing well. Currently, I am pursuing my integrated ATP course under EASA in Hungary. Please explain the difference between SOLO hour and SPIC hour. In both cases, the student is the sole occupant inside the aircraft or only with the solo flight?

Waiting for your responses.

Thanks and regards.

Student Pilot In Command - a student pilot acting as pilot-in-command on a flight with an instructor where the latter will only observe the student pilot and shall not influence or control the flight of the aircraft.

One is a way to log hours for your licence, the other is an offensive term for Hispanic people. Have a Google, I think it’s time we find a new acronym…
