Skillstest and training in different EASA countries

Can I do the skillstest for FI in another country with a FIE(A) than where I did the course?

This should work, but you have to meet all the requirements including those that the national authority might have. You will have to proof the completition of your theoretical and practical (flying) parts when applying for the skill test.
