Cut-e Assessments tips
 

I've done a few Cut-e assessments and even though through practice I pass on a Medium level at around 80% on LatestPilotJobs. I'm still unsuccessful with getting to the next stage.

Any tips on how to get better with the Cut-E assessments?

They are designed to test your natural aptitude...

Just keep at it. Get into a routine of testing your mind. It is natural aptitude however, and although I passed, I did read some books previous to it on how to 'think efficiently'. There are various books/workbooks on verbal and numerical reasoning out there. There are also plenty of practice sites.

The competiton unfortunately isn't going to get any easier with the current climate. Stay up to date with the industry and keep the faith is my advice.

At 80% medium you will pass, don't take the latestpilotjobs assessments too much to heart, by all means practice it to keep it fresh but it's not to be taken too seriously!

I see that you are a FAA licence holder with 500 hours or so experience.
Just take your time with the exams and flying until the C-19 vaccine is fully rolled out.
Keep the day job, avoid going into debt, as airline flying jobs will be non existent for (xx) years.

As discussed elsewhere:
Just do the CPL/IR on a single engine for licence issue.
Then the ME/IR + MCC once there is definite recruitment in progress for Junior Birdmen.
You will be ideally current for the sim ride post interview.
