FAA/EASA Conversion support

I have enquired a few Flight Schools and have received different responses, so would appreciate any clarity and support in helping me with this.

I hold an FAA CPL/ME/IR - Whilst not current, I will be by the time I begin flying in Europe.

I am working my way, and almost completed by EASA ATPL Groundschool and will have passed the 14 examinations by the time I begin flying.

From my understanding then, what I need to do is the following:

Convert FAA CPL ME through Checkride (some minimum number of hours required)
Convert IR (Some minimum number of hours required).

This would leave me with an EASA CPL ME IR.

Then to be hireable by an airline I would have to look at:
UPRT
MCC/JOC
TR (depending on industry conditions)

Am I mostly on the correct track? Am I missing anything or overthinking?

That's everything you need, looks like you did your homework.

Depending on how many hours you have you're looking at 10-20 minimums and a few extra in the simulator plus a 4hr checkride. Fees not included.

Went through the same process ICAO to EASA less than a year ago.
