Falling EASA I ATPL exams

Hey everyone

Do airlines look at how many times you have retaken your exams? Do all of them require an average of 85%? If the average is 85 % or more, could that make up the time I have failed and repeated the exams?
If so how I can I make my CV look better? I am still going to initiate my flight training. Thank you for your time

Yes they care, some won't look at you if you have more than 3 fails, eJ for instance.

It depends.
If you're a low houred pilot trying to get their first job, then yes. Other employers look at the applicant differently, looking for aptitude, flexibility, easygoing etc. Afterall, someone has to sit next to them for 6-10 hours. It does depend on the job you're going for.

Once you have some experience, no one cares.
