MEP+IR renewal and UPRT

Hi!
I'm looking for a place in Europe where I could renew my MEP and IR ratings and attend the UPRT course.
Any tip for a cheap option?

I know New CAG in Charleroi, Belgium have now a good UPRT course. You certainly can renew your MEP and ME/IR as well.
