Hi all,
I applied for the mpl program on saturday for CAE in Milan Malpensa. Got an email saying they would have come back to me within 3 days. So far no answer. Anyone in the same situation?

PilotMatt2020 5th Feb 2020 08:36

Yes, I applied on Friday and haven't heard anything as yet.

Hi all, ive applied to do my Stage 2 assessment next month. I was just wondering whether you are given the equations for the calculations in the maths and physics assessments or if you need to know them off by heart.

Captain kangeroo 5th Feb 2020 21:18

Hi all. Completed stage 2 today.
Firstly, there is nothing to catch you out/no low ballers. Staff were friendly and the group of 8-10 of us who took the assessment were also a really good bunch - I’d be delighted to be placed on a course with any or all of them.

I stuffed up the ball game as it took me a while to get to grips with the reverse axis on the joystick. All in all there was nothing unexpected and the entire assessment was done within about 3 hours or so.

if anyone wants any further info on the structure then by all means dm me for my email.

For those who sat the stage 2 today please get in touch as it would be great to chat ahead of stage 3 (though I’m pretty sure I’ve failed) For those yet to sit stage 2 - best of luck :)

You are given the formulas :)

Captain kangeroo

Thanks for all the info, I think that will be appreciated by many. I have my stage 2 on Monday so fingers crossed for that. Let us know when you hear back about whether you have processed or not. :)

Hi all,

Do you know how long is the training with EasyJet ? Around 18 months ?

Thank you.

Captain kangeroo 6th Feb 2020 12:37

Yes, around 18 months for the MPL route

Hey, I think nearly everyone would be caught out with that ball game, Ive got stage 3 in march although I'm not seeking the easyjet MPL.... you may well have your results by now?

PilotMatt2020 6th Feb 2020 16:55

Did you guys receive a code to do your personality test before attending stage 2, or did you do it on the day?

that’s good to know - my ball was dancing all over the grid 😩 I’m hoping to find out within the next few days. Out of interest which programme did you apply for?

Hi!

I had mine in December, but nobody on my day received the code beforehand and everyone had the choice to do it in the sitting, or take the code home and do it after.

Hope that helps, I was a bit confused before too!

Hey, I've seen a few people mention a reverse axis, do people mean the twisting of the joystick or do they mean left is right and right is left?

Cheers.

Hi,

Can anybody let me know if you are allowed to bring a pad and paper with you on any of the tests? And if so, which ones?

Thanks

Integrated ATPL but would have considered Easyjet MP if given the chance...mind you the grade boundary for that is higher and found the ATPL level 2 hard enough to achieve LOL.... gotta redo the maths on interview day was just short of the grade :/

Balls! I didn’t do well enough to get onto the MPL but got enough to get accepted onto the ATPL route with another airline. I passed everything but fell short in the physics test.
They've given me the choice to apply again next year or go forward to stage 3 but with another airline Mentored programme.
