Drone pilot for minor as part-time job---- possible?

Dear PPRuNE users,
Hello, I am a minor approaching 16 years in age. I noticed a summer program by s3m company, offering "part 107 prep" as part of their summer training session. I was really wondering if the occupation as a part 107 drone pilot actually hire minors, as well as the estimated opportunities and salary.
