After the ATPLs - what to study?

So after one finishes their ATPLs and gets their CPL + ME/IR what should one study?

I’ve got a month at least before MCC and I’m not in a big rush anyways as I wait for my citizenship application to be approved. So I have extra time now that the ATPLs are over and I want to put it to good use, prepping for airline assessments/intreviews. How much should I focus on retaining the knowledge from the ATPLs? How should I do that (reread topics from the ATPL CBT/books)?
Are there any book on CRM that would be good to read before MCC?

What did you do?

It would be worth going over your notes and keeping refreshed on the theory subjects. A number of airlines will ask questions or test on the theory subjects to see if an individual has retained the information of kept up to date. Even some students on cadet programs have completed training and still failed at the subsequent interview stage. Some students refesh by using question banks. It's the sort of business that you can't just learn and dump, a lot of the info will be useable in the future.

My plan is to study ATPL gs books after finishing all of the exams. It's better to know something before the real deal.

Reviewing the ATPL subjects as well as IR flying technique is a good start. However, you will also have to prepare for your MCC course. If you haven't received anything yet, you will at some point and that must be studied.

Also practice on non-technical aspects. These tend to be more important than your technical knowledge during job interviews. HR made a long way within our industry.
