About the ATPL exam validity period

Hi Everyone, I have a questions for you and this is for me very important....

After I got my PPL license I completed the ATPL theory training and completed the exams in 2015 butI have not done IR or CPL flights yet, I completed only 45 hours of PPL and 89 hours of PIC flights. Now just totally flight time 131 hours. How long has the ATPL exams been validated in this situation?

Thanks for your Answers
