Question about converting ICAO PPL to EASA PPL

Hi,
I am due to finish my PPL on this month in Sri Lanka.I thought of whether doing the night rating or not.I hope to do the rest of hour building,CPL and fATPLs in Europe due to personal reasons. My question is when I convert my PPL with a night rating will the night rating be valid in the converted EASA license or will I have to obtain one again???
Please help

As long as your PPL is ICAO, there's no need to convert it. You can get a validation.

Are you sure I can fly with my Sri Lankan ICAO PPL in Poland and Italy?

That is kind of the purpose of ICAO, but I'd check with the countries you want to fly in, I can only speak for the UK which can validate ICAO licences.

Unfortunately i can't poste the link because of forum's rules, but just go to EASA website and type on the top right corner:

”Extention of the validity of third-country licenses in non-commercial operations"
Is it what are you looking for?

imho if you contact your European flight school they 'll give you all the details.
