Convert FAA CFI to EASA FI

Ladies, Gents

I am the holder of FAA ATP,CFII,MEI.
Also holder of EASA CPL.
Dutch citizen.
Whats the best place in Europe to convert my FAA instructor license to EASA FI license ?
Each European EASA land country has its own conversion rules, I know, understand, and respect.
But what I would like to know which country or ATO can give me an unrestricted EASA FI, based on my extended experience as an FAA flight instructor ? This of course after graduating from an EASA FI Course.
Anyone who can point me in the right direction ?

Thanks.

The UK or Ireland will be the best place. At least 30 hours ground school and at least 15 hours flight time , they will give you unrestricted based on your prior experience .

Where to go its up to you .....

30 hours ground training and 15 hours flight training plus an Assessment of Competence is the CAA recommendation taken from CAP 804 Section 4 Part Q Subpart 2. The training can be reduced further at the discretion of the ATO/CAA. Some information here:

Flying Training|Instructor|Examiner|Formation|CPL|Aerobatics

If during the training course the Head of Training of the ATO determines that the training may be reduced to less than the minima quoted the Head of Training may make a written recommendation for a further reduction through the UK CAA Licensing Standards Inspector assigned to the ATO

OK, so how much of a relief/benefit would this be compared to the regular initial (EASA) FI syllabus/training? Considering the FI applicant has passed the EASA ATP knowledge exams.

Aside form that, I believe there are differences between the respective (EASA) member states if a foreign (non EASA) instructor license can be converted, or be granted credit. Since, for instance, in Germany (LBA) it's not possible to "convert" or be given credit of any kind for a non EASA instructor license.
