Radio Practice
 

Am getting back into the flying and hour building after sometime off, my radio is shocking, I kind of spit it out and am not really fluent in it or at CPL level.

Any programs places you can go, suggestions how I can get a bit more fluent in it before stepping into the plane. I am kind of stuttering through it, just a bit painful.

Unfortunately you can't listen UK ATC transmissions (prohibited by law).

liveatc do multiple feeds on one line, it's a nightmare to follow through and the quality sometimes is not exactly the best. Fun for the enthusiast, useless for training.

and go out flying and using it. Practice makes perfect. I bet it's the nerves

If you have a flight simulator such as FSX I highly recommend joining a community such as VATSIM or IVAO. I've had a great experience with controllers there. In terms of reality, I think it is the closest you can get to practising the real thing.
