Period between LST and base check

Hello people,

Is there a maximum period between doing your Licence Skill Test exam (new typerating) and the base check?
And between the base check and the first line flight?

Check FCL.725 Requirements for the issue of class and type ratings on https://www.easa.europa.eu/document-...eu-no-11782011

When I click the link I see many other links..which one should I pick?

ok, if you're willing to take my word for it:

21 days between LST and ZFTT. If you don't do it within 21 days, you'll need to return to the sim for a currency session. After this you'll have another 21 days.

Edit: Disclaimer, I'm an idiot on the internet - verify anything I say with your TRTO

And do you know if the period for ZFTT training is the same as doing touch and go's on a real aircraft?

Sorry, should have been clearer. Yes, still 21 days, with a sim check if you overrun the deadline. Happens more than you might expect, as you're balancing both weather and operational requirements.

Don't worry, your airline will know the requirements.
:ok:

Yup.. airlines sometimes have a more stringent set of rules than that laid down by EASA ( ours does on this subject). The answer relevant to the OP should be laid down in the OPs company's own Operations Manual.
