Hour Building in Europe

Hello Everyone,

I have done some searching regarding hour building but cannot seem to find anything recent with todays situation (GBP slump after Brexit) and USA prices seeming to get more and more expensive once you add the costs of travel and accommodation.

I'm currently looking to Hour build as I have a fATPL which is under 200 hours.
I am interested in how many hours shall I take to fly. In addition,
what is the bare minimum for airlines and what is a recommended amount of time I should have?

I have currently found an old Cessna 172 with a T7 registration and can rent it out with all costs covered for 110 EUR/hour.
All the time will be logged as PIC/IFR.
Is this a decent price?
Are there any other better solutions?

Thanks for all the replies in advance!

For a Cessna 172 I think the price is good.
There are cheaper options like at3 tecnam or da20 but usually they are not for IFR.
So if you are looking for some IFR hours on c172, I think the price is good.

How did you get a CPL/IR with less than 200 hours?
