JEPPESEN - bad service - Private Pilot Part 61 Kit
 

Hi everybody,
just had a very poor service while doing an online purchase on JeppDirect.
I'm about to start studying for my private pilot certificate (FAA) while still based in UK. I bought the Private Pilot Part 61 kit on JeppDirect

The parcel was supposed to be dispatched from Dallas TX. After two weeks and several unsuccessful calls I managed to talk with the customer service who told me that the parcel didn't even leave Dallas yet. I cancel the order but haven't seen any refund yet. Never happened anything like this before.
They justified saying that they usually don't ship from USA to Europe.

Does anybody have any idea where I could buy that part 61 kit?
Unfortunately I do need the Jeppesen one since the flight school I'm going to attend strongly recommended to study on that.
