Flight Planning - Australian Licence

Hey,

This is just to help out with anyone wondering what course to do for CASA ATPL's as there is not much up to date forms here about this topic. I have done both AFT and Rob Avery courses when it comes to navigation and flight planning and by far I say go to Rob Avery,

Sat flight planning today with Robs stuff and got 90%. It doesn't matter how accurate you are, if your not using the rounding policy that CASA is using then its no good and Rob has this down packed. There was also only three in the class and we were all on a first name basis unlike the huge classes at AFT. Rob taught heaps of tricks which helped out so much as time is the biggest factor in this exam. If you get stuck in class you can ask a question and stop him in his tracks. From day one Rob will ring you personally and answer anything you want to know.

When I was at AFT I spent all my money watching the teacher fly a helicopter up and down the room and learning you can control it from you Apple phone ( i have a samsung and i simply dont give a **** ). Heaps of annoying things like this which i dont care about and would rather just learn the topic I paid for and get it over and done with.

Hope this helps at least one person and im sure you can concur, sitting these exams and getting them over and done with is everyone's priority whilst parting with the least amount of money.
