Fte integrated atpl course cost 92000 £ including accomodation.
Does fte allow me to accomodate my partner in my apartment.

Apartment? Ha Ha!

Sadly, you don't get an apartment, you get a one bed room and en suite, so it will be cosy. You get food, but she won't.
