PAT and Flybe!

I would like to know how many students who have trained with PAT are being hired for Flybe nowadays!

I know personally 2 who trained in 2012 who got jobs with Flybe on the Dash in 2014 via recommendations.

PAT used to have (still have?) an affiliation with Flybe. The system was basically a recommend, dependent on your performance during flight training (first time/series IR, CPL pass, >90% on ATPL writtens). It was an excellent foot-in-the-door (so to speak).

Your best bet is to call PAT and ask them about their current schemes. They're an excellent school, small and friendly.

BCFT

BCFT have a similar relationship with Flybe as well, so both schools would be a good bet if you want to fly turboprops.

BCFT have had several recruited over the past few months. Also have an internship running with the airline. Flybe recruiting strongly.
