Never mind dim, have you ever used a search engine? It never fails to amaze me the amount of people that post questions on all manner of BBS's and newsgroups and wait for answers whereas a tap into www.google.com or similar would provide immediate gratification.

Initiative is a basic skill required by pilots isn't it?
