Flight Instructor rating in Namibia

Does anyone here have any info anything about doing a Namibian FI course in Windhoek?

Is this only open to Namibian nationals?

I found a few schools but not sure if they offer such a course. The only one that does in Westair.

Any help greatly appreciated.
