CTC Wings Cadet/ OAA APP Interview Process

Hi,

After a long discussion with my parents, I plan to apply to either CTC or OAA. I was wondering if anyone has tried both application processes and as to what they thought about them?

I also read about OAA's Skills Plus Assessment and it seems quite tough and I just wanted to know, what your views on it is like?
