What license/issues I need to fly in Mexico been European??

Hi all, I want to know if anyone can help me with this: I am Spanish and I have the European ATPL license and my question is what I need to work in Mexico(if I already have the JAA,I also need the FAA?) and anything else / complications that may have not occurred to me... I imagine that fly on a Mexican airline are impossible, but my question goes more to a private flying, if anyone is in this situation and I can lend a hand with my doubts I would be grateful, thanks.

You need a mexican CPL and have Mexican citizenship by birth todos commercially. Private flying, someone else can answer that.
