"Parker Time" alive and well in the Philippines
Headline in today's Philippine Star:
CAAP suspends 4 flying schools CAAP director general Alfonso Cusi said a student pilot in one of the four schools was reported to have logged 55 hours’ flying time in two days, a feat he described as “glaringly impossible.” “CAAP investigation revealed that there were cases of student pilots who are out of the country but were logging flights in their flight log,” he said. |

Hmmm... Um... One F-82 still lurking at Clark perhaps? Thanks for the link. Very interesting aircraft. Maybe 2 flying a F-82 West to East across the dateline could log 55 fairly quickly. That might explain being offshore on the day!!!

In a ME airline (to which I've just referred in another post) we'd a captain who was short of hours for his command course. I was told that off he went and, allegedly, came back with an inordinate addition to his log book.
All hearsay of course :hmm: |
