Prestwick GA

Hi all. I'm hoping to get off to Prestwick soon for the first stop on a trip I'm planning, I understand you park on apron 'Echo' in front of the tower, I had a look at google maps, as I do to get an idea of the layout (as well as cross referencing this with the latest Pooleys), and Google shows no apron, just a grassed area, certainly no acft parked near the tower. What is the current state of affairs, and is Echo easy to find? do the cafe do good bacon butties?!!

Many thanks, and happy landings.

Personally, I would vote for Prestwick Flying Club. Google them. We had free parking but that was 18 months ago. You can find them off Taxyway Romeo, on that link going southwest from Hold Pappa. :ok:
