I recommend this book for which is JAA.

Air Pilot's Manual Volume 5 - Radio Navigation & Instrument Flying

That's a good book, I would you recommend that you get that and supplement it with ''Instrument Flying'' by Richard L. Taylor. It's geared towards FAA regulations but has plenty of real-world IFR pointers and is even good reading for those that are already qualified Instrument Pilots.

You can download everything for free from the FAA website:
Instrument Flying Handbook
Instrument Procedures Handbook (IPH)
