hi i hold a indian and faa cpl and want to convert to a helicopter c.p.l. i want to know how many hours do i have to fly and what would be the procedure here in dgca. thankyou for your replies in advance

I'd say you stand good chance of relevant answer from one of the US helicopter schools that actually deal with all the 'DGCA compliant' or Indian DGCA requirements meeting stuff. In theory, minimums for FAA CPL are stated in FAR/AIM or CFR if some prefer. Not that you'd be good enough to handle all the practical side of helis in that minimum time total heli, PIC, night and XC PIC. That's another story.
