Flying Tigers

Has anyone heard of these schools?
Welcome to Flying Tigers Flight School : Houston, TX : KEFD
Also, Fulton Aviation
Fulton Aviation
Falcon Flight and Dutch Wings are also on my list.

Basically, I'm looking for schools that offer training in PPL, Instrument, Commercial, and ME under $37K and accept international applicants.
