ECHO aircraft loading for Australian CPL exams: HELP!

Does anybody have any good ECHO loading questions with answers? I bought Rob Avery's practice exams thought that I had it understood... then I got to my test and failed virtually every question about it.

Also... how does Va (manoeuvring speed) get affected by changes in aircraft weight?

ECHO aircraft loading for Australian CPL exams: HELP!

Hey Johnny_S,

I did the CASA Cyber CPL Performance exam this morning. I have only been studying the Bob Tait CPL Performance Text Book. I made sure I thoroughly new all the workings to all of the ECHO questions from the Bob Tait book and I got all the ECHO exam questions correct. So my advise would be to get a hold of the questions from the book and make sure you know how to use flow charts for "weight to add" and "weight to shift". Knowing the formula for the shifting fwd limit ({? - 2360} x .27 + 2400) and how to use the C of G envelope graphic (for the same purpose) is also necessary.

Hope this helps you. :ok:

I used the books from Aviation Theory Centre. Their examples were quite different to what I encountered in the exam.
