European requirement of JAR with Cabair

hi every body if i want to get frozen ATPL licence in accordance with the European requirements of JAR-FCL,cabair have flight school in USA , what kind of training can be done there in USA and what have to be done in UK if i want ATPL licence in accordance with the European requirements of JAR-FCL?
learn to fly, helicopter training, private and commercial pilot training with OFT
