Air Charters .. how much do they earn?

I've looked on many Air Charter websites, and I found everything I wanted to know apart from salaries..

How much does a pilot earn there?

Thats like asking how longs a piece of string. It will be completely variable, depending on type of aircraft, experience of pilot, size of company, whether the pilot is freelance etc.
