Can I practise Faa Atp theory exams?

Hi.
I was wondering if practising Faa atp exam papers would help me for my jaa fatpl in some way.
my question is...in which way?
What are the most common relative subjects (with nearly or same examination structure)?
Subjects....to avoid??if any??

(the thing is that i have lots of faa atp theory exam papers available, but studying JAR)

Thanks for helping and sorry if the question has been already raised;)

Doubtful, the FAA ATP exam contains all the same sort of theory but just condensed into one exam, the JAA system requires 14 seperate exams and an awful lot more information/bull... to learn.

thanks for that quick reply.
I agree with you skywalker.
To be more specific,i have the dauntless groundschool atp software.
I can select precisely which subject in particular i want to practise.
I think items such as aircraft system, instrumentation, weight and balance, aerodynamics, engines and systems might be the one with the least differences technically.
am a bit sceptical...but i'll go for it.It's too tempting....cheers!:)
