Pilot job age factor...too old?

I know as early as possible is best but what exactly on average is the ideal age to aim to get the 'raw' flying qualifications (viz. fATPL) by?

Is 30 years too old to qualify with the fATPL to start job hunting?

Before you get your head bit off by someone, I suggest you do a search on PPrune, it's been discussed a million times :ok:

Plenty of others too.

Good luck
