learning how to operate the FMC

Hi,

I am looking for a video/dvd that explains the FMC in detail. I want to start gen'ing up on its detail operation in prep for an airline job in the future. The FMC part of the ATPLs is far to vague and kind of difficult to understand from a book. So if anybody knows where I could purchase some FMC training media, I would be very grateful.
I have the FMC computer based trainer already, it's not too bad!.

Thanks.

As each aircraft has a different FMS (and even the same types in one company can have a different FMS's), which one do you want to learn? I wouldn't bother - that's what the company's training is for.

A number of add-on programs to MS Flight Sim carry very good representations of FMS/FMGS controllers, and you can probably find the manuals for these online. However, as every FMS is different, and they are frequently subject to software updates, there is little point in going into too much detail before you arrive on any particular aircraft type.
