OAT Pilot Profile
 
Can someone please give me some information about the Pilot Profile assessment at Oxford Aviation ? Just want to know what I should expect.

Best thing to do is go to www.oxfordaviation.net select forums, and look what people have posted there.

The site isnt working at the mo but there is some info there.

I think they use the PILAPT profile.

OAT's own website is the best guide. It is working again now. One thread on your question is :

How close to PILAPT this is I don't know but I can't see it being a million miles off in terms of the aptitudes it measures.

Oxford actually use the COMPASS tests, the software provided by European Pilot Selection & Training (EPST). If you have a look at the EPST website there is an example test you can sit which is graded called IPAS. Check www.epst.com
