time to get ir after atpls

Hi,
I have tried to find this on the web but can't, and also don't have access to lasors, but could anybody please tell me how long i have after my final atpl pass to get my ir? I had a feeling it was either 18 months or 3 years?

LASORS 2006 Section J1.7

theoretical knowledge examinations to regain ATPL
theory credit. However, it has been agreed that where
a candidate has previously passed all ATPL theoretical
knowledge examinations but were not granted a CPL/
IR within the 36 month acceptance period, the amount
of ATPL theoretical knowledge instruction will be at the
discretion of the Head of Training of the Approved FTO.

In other words 3 years.
