best aviation maintainence school???

I would like to get my certificate to work on powerplants, where would be the best school to go for this. To an employer, are there schools that look better on a resume, or schools that are more prestigeious? Thanks!

When I was hiring, what school a guy went to wasn't as important as the way he presented himself during the interview. I've worked with a couple of guys that went to an A&P school in Iowa, both are very good mechanics. I can't remember the name of the school, but I think it was a public technical school.

Good Luck

You would think it was "Quickfit" by the inability to "fix"
most SEP's

Iowa Western Community College is a good school.
Most importantly, what you put into school reflects what you come out with. go in and work hard to become the best mechanic you can be. There are loads of average guys and gals out there, become more than that!
Go the extra mile, its seldom crowded there.
