Can I sit the FAA ATP written exam before I have 1500 hours tt?
If so would be be in effect a fATPL?

Yes you can take the ATP written, but you can't take the test (checkride) until you have the necessary hours. The written is valid for 24 months.
Hope this is of some help.

correct, and do the 135, easier than the 121 and at the end, none really cares which one you did.

how do you specify a 121 or 135, I though the question bank of 1000 questions were a stard one?
Will it mean I have a frozen ATPL?
