Multi IR and MCC/JOC hours

At the risk of starting another integrated vs modular debate I would be interested to hear of other peoples' take on a comparison of the multi IR and MCC/JOC hours offered.

The average modular multi IR course offers 50 hours with as much as 25 and as little as 15 in the aircraft. Oxford offers 78 with 38 in the aircraft. Does this mean that Oxford students are better prepared for the IR skills test and how much of an advantage is the extra time in their logbooks?

I'm not sure how many hours the average MCC course offers, but I would guess around 20. Oxford offers 40. How much of a difference does this make when it comes to doing a sim check in an interview?

With all the extra IR training they do at oxford it is suprising that at least 3 of the big modular school have similar pass rates.

An integrated MCC will be a minimum of 15 hours (way too little to be effective) and a modular one a minimum of 20 hours (better but still not really enough).
