Additional Qualifications- CRMI

I have posted a similar thread on the CRM forum, but wish to ask a different audience.

I have been trained in CRM (as indeed most have) and have found it to be interesting. I now foster the idea to enhance this study by becoming a CRMI.

Would this extra qualification assist me later down the line in getting employment and would an employing company allow such an inexperience pilot to conduct refreshers etc?

I welcome your responses on the subject.

Thanks

You may find something about it on the CAA website (www.caa.co.uk).

I do know for a fact that BA use some very low hours people to run their in-house CRM courses - they go by the pilot's personality and "people skills" rather than hours. After all, it is often the high hours, more mature pilots who demonstrate the worst CRM skills!
