Pilot Motivations

Hey Everyone,

I am an Advertising student at Conestoga College and am currently involved in a summer work study for the Aviation program.

I was wondering if you'd be able to help me by offering out some opinions about why you got into Aviation in the first place. What motivated you to get your pilot's license? What attracted you to the job? Did you find cost to be an issue?

Any opinions I can get are greatly appreciated.
Thanks a lot!

Money.

And the prospect of a few good bring-a-bottle wars.

And the women fawning at my feet. Had to get away from 'em.

1) Why fly? Because it's very, very addictive.

2) Why fly commercially? So someone else can pay for it and pay you.

3) Is cost an issue? See above.
