performance question 2

a light piston twin climbs at a gradient of 10% from a screen height of 15m. There is an obstacle 900m high. 32800ft from the screen. By how much does the aircraft clear the obstacle?

explaination would be good

Answer 115 meters

32800 feet = 10000 meters

Obstacle minus screen heihgt = 885m

10% of 10000m= 1000m (this would our hight)

1000 - 885 = 115 meters
