feedback offer is it for real?

Whilst looking around the net the other day I came across the below site advertising feedback for sale.
Is this for real, does anyone have any knowledge?

do not know about that, ask some feedback papers to your school.

Hi Skyman, you miss my point. I have all the feedback i need and I am as ready for my exams as i will ever be, thanks to some great instruction.
I posted this for 2 reasons really. Firstly curiosity, as it seems to advertise the JAA databank, which i thought was kept under lock and key at the CAA.
Secondly if it is a scam, to highlight it in order to prevent anyone who is starting out on the exam road from being burnt.
The money involved is pretty large.

The website looks very amateurish.

Sure its not someone flogging a load of old school feedback papers?
