clearwater airpark, USA

I am thinking of finishing my hour building in the USA and saw clearwater airpark advertised. Has anyone been there, if so what is it, and the aircraft like? Also what is the accommodation, town and beaches like as I need to keep the bird sweet!

I did my FAA Cpl with clearwater in march 2002. I found it excellent. The instructors were very good and couldn.t have been more helpful or friendly, the location is great for beaches, although I didn't have time to visit any, but they looked great from the air. and they had new cessna 172's, and more on order.
The biggest problem I had when I was there was concentrating as my my main instructor was gorgeous.
